S3S Mid-web

The S3S midweb pressfeatures a sleeve system with servo driven print mandrels, chilled impression and anilox cylinders to achieve ultimate precision and print quality.

Gearless print units ensure zero backlash and no gear marks. An 8-color press integrates 41+ servo motors across the print, infeed, outfeed, unwind, and rewind modules for precise motion control. Intelligent systems enable automatic on-the-fly pre-registration and perfect register stability even during acceleration and deceleration.
